Castelnuovo is in a beautiful hilltop position. The battlemented tower a reminder of the castle, the site of many historic battles. The tourist interest is concentrated mostly along the shores of the lake at Ronchi between the villages of Lazise and Peschiera where you find Gardaland the biggest theme park in Italy.
